I. The Institute is a highland of great openness and innovation

    The Institute advocates creating value, promotes social progress, and strives to build a plural, open and scientific research platform without institutional constraints. Carrying out the activities of academic research, talent training, technical communication and foreign cooperation, we will break through the long-standing standards of talent evaluation, which include only papers, titles, academic qualifications and awards. We integrates the existing academic forces into the “external forces”, cooperate with well-known experts, professors and social experts to form an expert committee, carry out multi-field exchanges and integration of scientific research, strengthen basic research, and strive to achieve major breakthroughs in original innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. We will vigorously promote the efficient development of Institute.

    II. The Institute is a paradise to realize dreams of ‘Citiizen Scientists’

    Without science lovers, there would be no science. Mr. Zhou Guangzhao, Former President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, once predicted: In China, “the first” Nobel Prize Winner must be a citiizen scientist who comes from a remote mountainous area and is allowed to do in-depth research.

    However, the reality is that, many creative “citiizen scientists” face many problems due to lack of policy, financial support and spiritual encouragement, some of the scientists even fall into poverty for researches. Some may spend many years to make progress, and encounter a number of obstacles in the publication of papers, technical identification and the transformation of results, resulting that major discoveries and breakthroughs in scientific research areas dies in the creation, because of isolation and discrimination.

    The Institute will involve all the “citiizen scientists” forces of the whole society and support them to realize the scientific dreams of ‘citiizen scientists', who still pursue science in spite of the hardships and hardships.

    III. The Institute is a stage for youths to embody the value of life

    Science and technology innovation has always been the leading force to promote the development of a country, and the most enthusiastic and potential young people are the new force of science and technology innovation.

To train talents in different stages of the development of Institute, to realize reasonable alternation of the old, middle and young talents, to maximize the efficiency of the talents, and to make the Institute advance towards the setting goal. The Institute will regularly organize experts to enter the campus to enlighten young people's scientific spirit and ignite thier scientific dreams. At the same time, Institute will regularly host youth science and technology forums, youth science and technology homes and other forms of activities, so as to build a platform for the growth and development of young scientific and technological workers, and provide assistance. Institute will establish extensive exchanges and in-depth integration with young scientific and technological workers, and continuously enrich Institute' R&D teams to inject fresh blood into  science and technology innovation of Institute.
