    Shi hanxiang, male, born in December 1956 in cixi, zhejiang province, han nationality, communist party member, economist. Chief Scientist of Beijing Hanxiang Environmental Bioscience Research Institute, President of Zhejiang Hanxiang Scientific Research Institute, Founder  of Ningbo Taiji Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. Representative of the 11th and 12th National People's Congress of Ningbo City, Representative of the 13th and 14th National People's Congress of Cixi City. The 4th National Township Enterprise, 2004 “China's Top 10 Science and Technology Feature”.

 

Major Achievements and Social Impacts

    I. Science and Technology Innovation

    Shi Hanxiang is the first generation of entrepreneurs since China's reform and opening-up. His philosophy is: “Enterprises must create profits, but they must be more socially responsible and achieve win-win results in economic benefits and environmental protection.”

    Shi Hanxiang is a folk scientist with technological innovation and patented invention in the metallurgical industry. In view of the contradiction between supply and demand of copper resources in our country, he put forward the development idea of “raising science and technology by enterprises and promoting development by science and technology”. His enterprise not only recycles waste copper smelting, recycle and utilize and adopt new technology, the difficult to deal with copper and zinc materials. through the blast furnace 1-step smelting, so that the separation of copper and zinc, the successful acquisition of crude copper. At the same time, it has solved many disadvantages such as long process, high cost, low benefit and heavy pollution. The copper-zinc separation one-step smelting process has been listed as 10 Key Projects in Zhejiang Province, and its newly-built smelter ranks the 7th in the industry in China, making it the largest industrial enterprise in the whole province.

    Shi Hanxiang has solved the major technical problems of a series of metallurgical industry through his industry. Furnace scaling is a common problem in metallurgical industry, which not only affects production and safety, but also wastes resources and manpower. He found that the root cause of the problem was the uneven resistance in the furnace, which caused the melt to cool and condense. From this, he thought of the pan-fried fish, which does not stick, and the key is about temperature of oil. In the same way, he instructed the workers to stop the furnace to clear it. He instructed them to raise the temperature first and then feed the material. By controlling the temperature in the furnace, the problem was solved completely.

    II. Circular Economy

    Shi Hanxiang believes that material circulation is the common law between man and nature. Limited to the level of science and technology, China's current energy consumption, some are still in a vicious circle of serious environmental pollution. In particular, industrial production consumes mineral resources and emits waste gas and slag. There are 560,000 industrial kilns in China, which is the source of air pollution. The steel slag, fly ash and desulphurization gypsum produced by these kilns have become three major causes with large quantity and heavy pollution.

    Shi Hanxiang thinks, “Everything on the earth is balanced, they will return to where they came from”. After scientific and technological treatment, industrial slag can absorb waste gas such as sulfur dioxide completely through technical equipment, if waste gas residue is collected and utilized, new products will be formed, return to the earth in the form of resources, achieve balance in the material cycle, the whole earth ecology, environment and resources will reach a virtuous circle, which is called “circular economy”.

    Shi Hanxiang invested more than 300 million and more than 20 years of research and development, only to successfully develop industrial kilns for steel, thermal power and various that can use low-cost high sulfur resources, steel slag, fly ash as absorbent, efficient desulphurization denitrification dust removal and fog removal. Its by-products are further used in saline sand wasteland transformation or cement production raw materials series technology. The series of technology has been successfully applied in more than 10 provinces, cities and autonomous regions such as thermal power, iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc., and has created “Delong Model”, “Baogang Model”, “Valin Model” and other models of circular economies.

    Shi Hanxiang firmly believes that if China adheres to the circular economy industry chain line for 20 years, the “three mountains” will be transformed into new green mountains, and win the real gold moutains.

    III. Dialectical Thinking

    Shi Hanxiang has sharp thinking. He does not limit himself to “calculating” though he is good at it, the choice of business model, the efficient operation of resources, the rapid change of the market insight, ease of release, the realization of metallurgical industry entities and trade in parallel, from 1992 to four consecutive years as the world's copper price trend “wind vane”.

    Shi Hanxiang has a unique way of thinking, in the absence of the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine, he established the “Institute of Biotechnology” to prevent and treat tumors with traditional Chinese medicine in 1995. While promoting the neighborhood to become rich together, he achieved charitable medical assistance, generous poverty alleviation.

    There is a reason for Shi Hanxiang's connection with traditional Chinese medicine. He suffers from intermittent headache due to work stress and long-term tiredness. In order to cure the headache, he went to Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing to seek medical treatment, but no obvious effect. One day, when his head was in pain, an idea shock him: When the rapeseed blooms, the head is the most painful, this is precisely the bee, the ant most active season; And the hot summer, the head is the most painful, is also known, the sunflower is flourishing. So, he made a medicine with bee, ant, know, sunflowers and miraculously, he cured the headache that beset him for many years.

    Is this what ecology calls “l(fā)iving on and opposing each other”? From this, Shi Hanxiang realized the philosophy that everything in the world is interrelated, and began to study the famous classics of Chinese medicine such as Huangdi Neijing and Shennong Bencao. In light of the high incidence of cancer and the threat of cancer, he believes that the best way to prevent and control tumors is to weed out the root. And the best way to get rid of weeds is to plant crops in the wasteland, so that the lush crops to occupy the living areas of weeds. The better the crops grow, the less weeds are.

    Therefore, combining modern biotechnology with traditional Chinese medicine culture, Shi Hanxiang successfully developed the “Shi's prescription” to restore and reconstruct the homeostasis of human genes, improve human immune function and treat malignant tumor, so as to restart the light of life for cancer patients. Since introduction of“Shi's Prescription”, a number of life-threatening cancer patients have been cured and the medical community has been circulating, Shi Hanxiang in the new and difficult diseases of mankind in the international medical conference won the “human medical merit award.”

    IV. Stay ambitious

    Shi Hanxiang is resolved to cracking high-end technology codes such as resources, energy and the quality of human life.

    According to the principle of the magnetic field phenomenon between the earth and the galaxies, Shi Hanxiang thinks that the magnet is the key to the magnetic AAAAAfield energy of the universe, not the energy itself. Over the years, he has struggled mechanically to transform the cosmic magnetic field into an inexhaustible source of energy for mankind.

    In terms of iron ore resources: Shi Hanxiang is determined to conquer the core technology of high-efficient utilization of lean ore and reverse the chronic dependence on import of iron ore resources in China. After many years of scientific and technological development, a “one-step” iron-making method has been created.

    In the field of life science: According to the history of China's 5000-year civilization and many textual researches, Shi Hanxiang found that there were many people with long life in ancient times (such as Zhang Sanfeng, Li Qingyuan, etc.), which showed that the realization of long life was not a dream.

    Shi Hanxiang studies and analyses that the nature and the human being are a unity. As one year has 365 days, the human also has 365 meridians, the elements influencing human life span, besides the heredity, the factors such as the environment, food, shock, fatigue and mentality and so on are laying as critical influence. Man's aging process, is the course of meridians and collaterals continuously blocked.

    Shi Hanxiang spent a great deal of energy and material resources to visit famous mountains and rivers, to explore the hidden, hook deep and finally developed a good medicine that can pass through the meridians and collaterals, eliminate diseases and prolong life. Through the experience and application of some people of different ages, the effect is remarkable.
